Private Swim Hire
We are offering our heated indoor swimming pool for private hire family swims. We have noodles, toys, and floatation devices for your use as well as 6 individual changing rooms and a poolside shower.

We built this pool specifically for SEN families and families with children 7 years and under. The pool isn't much fun for older children due to the size.

We are unable to accommodate pool parties, there is a swimming pool in Patcham called 'Ridgeside Pool', who may be able to help you with this request.

There is mood lighting and connect via Bluetooth for music to enhance your experience.
About the Pool
The pool is heated to 32 degrees with 32-degree air, giving a comfortable bathing experience. We opted for a salt chlorinated pool which gives a softer water feeling and is said to be kinder to your skin and hair, it does have a slightly salty taste but contains less salt than a human tear. We also have a UV filter for added disinfection.
The water is taken once a month for a microbiology test at Princess Royal Hospital to ensure our filtration process is working the best it can. This is alongside three daily water checks to ensure the best quality water we can provide.
During the Covid -19 pandemic, we wipe down all touchpoints in between each client using the facilities and in between lessons.
The air is heated and dehumidified via an Air Handling Unit which is the most energy-efficient way to keep the pool house comfortable.
Sessions for children with Autism or other Special Educational Needs
We can also offer sessions for children with Autism or other Special Educational Needs who would rather swim by themselves or a small group.
Autism Swim is an Australian Charity and has recently partnered with the STA in England. They provide in-depth training, sharing knowledge and experience to swimming teachers enabling them with skills to help and understand the different needs of people with all abilities.
